“ I asked the employee with pictures if my milk frother from my older machine would work on the new one. They said it would! Machine and milk forther was on sale however I just bought the machine since my old frother was going to work apparently. Lo and behold ..it isnt compatible and now the sale is over. Edits. The people in this store are amazing and super kind and allowed us to get the frother at the sale price which they honored. It was a night and day difference between calling and getting help from within the store! I highly recommend this place ”
“ I am an avid coffee drinker and wanted to step up to an espresso machine but podswaste are unappealing. When finding out about the recycling program here, tasting the coffee, hearing friends rave, and then catching the sale, we were sold. We went in and to say this place is crazy is an understatement. Our cashier was new, overwhelmed, and required repeat and consistent manager help that Jordan consistently provided with a smile. He was awesome and I commend him on his good attitude. We left without many of the things we were supposed to have gotten unbeknownst to us until after we got home, which was after store closing. In a panic I called customer service at 10pm at night expecting to get info on when they open so I could call back and got a live representative who was able to help me with the account pieces by phone and was very kindhelpful. We returned to the store first thing when they opened the next morning and without batting an eye Lester helped us and some. He made good on all the things we were missing and made sure everything was made right. This store is a madhouse and if you dont have patience, shop online. But the staff here have been nothing but helpful, courteous, and polite in an absolute crazy store. I am so excited to be starting my Nespresso journey. ”
“ I just had an amazing experience at this location! The lady in the front offered to put me in the line virtually while I shopped around. She let me know about all the new flavors they just came out with! The barista in the back made me a coffee with a new seasonal flavor, even offering milk and sugar! After 5 minutes of shopping, the barista came back over to check on how I liked the coffee! I wanted it a little more sweet so she made some adjustments to ensure I liked it! Great customer service! ”
